When I was young my grandma she teaching me how to cook food this is my first menu I was cooked so in our gardens behind the house have a lot of vegetables and herbs after I came to work in UK is difficult to have ingredients like in Thailand this menu I just add fine beans and red chilli  this menu is quick and easy take less then thirty minute to prepare

Ingredients

  • Panang curry paste
  • Coconut milk
  • Fish sauce
  • Kaffir lime leave fine slide
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Fine beans
  • Vegetables Oil
  • White sugar
  • Pork slide

How to cook

Put vegetable oil to the pan and then follow by Panang chilli paste sauté until you have good smell from it put two spoon of coconut milk and sauté again now color will turn to red put you pork slide and sauté again put more coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, fine beans, Kaffir lime leave fine slide, red chilli and taste how is it and serve with jasmine rice.
