Tirak Blackpoolder the owner-chef of Boonnak Thai restaurant he starts to work as the chef since 1999 when he was 16 he works as washing dish in the kitchen and he was promote became chef helper after he works as washing dish. Tirak Blackpoolder came to work in the UK in 2006 at Thai restaurant in Chesterfield and Sheffield he move to Blackpool and opened his own restaurant name Boonnak Thai at Topping street since 2012
